We are hiring an experienced Senior Oracle Consultant to lead strategic Oracle Cloud transformations. If you have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Success Navigator and a strong background in Oracle EBS/Fusion implementations, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and drive Oracle Cloud transformation projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

- Manage the full project lifecycle for Oracle Cloud applications, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.

- Utilize Oracle Cloud Success Navigator to provide strategic recommendations and best practices for Oracle Cloud customers.

- Implement and configure Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications across various domains

such as Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.

- Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution.

- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud applications and other enterprise systems.

- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud innovations and advise clients on the adoption of new features

and tools.

- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional client-facing communication throughout the project

lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Cloud deployments.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proven Oracle Cloud Success Navigator implementation experience

- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) & integration tools

- Hands-on experience with 3+ full-cycle Oracle implementations

- Strong domain knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules

- Excellent client interaction, leadership, and mentoring skills

Preferred :

- Background with Big 4 or Oracle Partner consulting
