Senior Network Engineer - SDWAN Solutions

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in SD-WAN implementation, LAN/WAN management, and Data Center operations. The candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global network services, ensuring the design, deployment, and optimization of a secure and resilient enterprise network infrastructure.

This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies from Meraki, Aruba, Arista, and Cisco, supporting a large-scale corporate network with 30,000+ employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage SD-WAN solutions across a global corporate infrastructure.

- Support and maintain large-scale LAN, WAN, and Data Center networks, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize performance across enterprise and cloud environments.

- Manage and secure VPN/remote client connectivity, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

- Act as SME for core network services including WAN, LAN, DC, and VPN.

- Collaborate with security teams to ensure robust network security and compliance.

- Provide technical leadership in evaluating and deploying new network technologies.

- Create and maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and SOPs.

- Deliver 24/7 support for critical network services, including escalation management.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide knowledge transfer sessions within the team.

Key Requirements :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network services (10+ years preferred for global scale).

- Proven expertise with Meraki, Aruba, Arista, and Cisco switching/routing technologies.

- Strong experience in SD-WAN implementation and management for large corporate environments.

- Deep understanding of LAN/WAN design, Data Center operations, and VPN technologies.

- Solid grasp of network security concepts, firewalls, and compliance frameworks.

- Prior experience managing networks for large-scale enterprises (30,000+ users) is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with network monitoring and automation tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Ansible, etc.) preferred.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
