About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in managing, securing, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in advanced routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and collaboration technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to handle complex incidents, and readiness to work in 247 rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure across multiple technologies.

- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Routing & Switching devices in a large-scale environment.

- Manage and secure network perimeters using firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, etc.

- Implement, configure, and support Load Balancers including F5, Citrix ADC, etc.

- Ensure robust Network Security through proactive monitoring, incident response, and policy enforcement.

- Deploy and support SD-WAN solutions, ensuring optimized connectivity across sites.

- Manage and troubleshoot Data & Voice/Collaboration technologies including UC, VoIP, and related systems.

- Perform root cause analysis, resolve escalated network issues, and ensure minimal downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure upgrades and new implementations.

- Document network configurations, procedures, and operational processes.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in Routing & Switching (Cisco/Juniper/Arista).

- Hands-on experience with leading firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA).

- Expertise in Load Balancers (F5, Citrix ADC).

- In-depth knowledge of network security, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and threat mitigation.

- Experience with SD-WAN architectures and deployment.

- Good understanding of UC/VoIP/Collaboration technologies (Cisco Collaboration, MS Teams, etc.).

- Ability to analyze packet flows using tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.

- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant certifications : CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, NSE, JNCIP, F5-CA/CE, etc.

- Experience in ITIL-based environments.
