With the successful establishment of our new IT services arm, we are expanding our team to offer infrastructure and cloud services to our existing and potential clients globally.

We are looking for a Senior Systems & Network Administrator who is versatile, technically sound, and client-oriented.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, managing, and supporting enterprise IT environments for international clients, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Services, etc.

- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure - switches, routers, firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.), and VPN.

- Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.), Azure, and Google Cloud.

- Handle security operations, including endpoint protection, firewalls, SIEM, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.

- Provide technical support and solutions to end-users and clients, both remotely and on-site when needed.

- Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions with clients.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies relevant to cloud, networking, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management.

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, AD, and networking protocols.

- Proven experience with firewalls, security protocols, and network troubleshooting.

- Hands-on with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Experience in client-facing roles - excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, CCNA/CCNP, or CompTIA Security+ would be a plus.
