Senior Network & Wireless Engineer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale LAN/WAN network infrastructures across enterprise environments.

- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure high availability and performance.

- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Aruba Wireless (WL) solutions, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.

- Implement and manage Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) for authentication, access control, and policy enforcement.

- Manage user/computer certificate authentication, access policies, and end-to-end traffic flow design.

- Conduct network verification, validation, and performance tuning to maintain system reliability.

- Provide technical support, incident response, and operational maintenance in 24x7 enterprise environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud, mobile, and enterprise network systems.

- Develop and maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration baselines.

Key Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching technologies.

- Deep understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, and network security principles.

- Expertise in Aruba Wireless design, deployment, and optimization.

- Proven experience with Aruba ClearPass (CPPM) configuration, policy design, and authentication mechanisms.

- Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and monitoring systems.

- Experience with certificate-based authentication (EAP-TLS) and RADIUS/TACACS+.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with cloud networking, SDN/SD-WAN, and mobile connectivity solutions.

Experience :

- 12+ Years (including 8+ Years in Networking)

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Cisco CCNA (Active) Mandatory.

- Aruba Certifications (ACMA / ACMP / ACCP) Preferred
