Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET MAUI / Xamarin Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications supporting an enterprise Home Health ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET MAUI/Xamarin, REST APIs, Azure, Entity Framework Core, and enterprise mobile application development.

The role involves close collaboration with Product, UX, QA, Clinical, and Cloud Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop native cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI.

- Maintain and enhance legacy Xamarin applications where applicable.

- Build reusable UI components using XAML and implement MVVM architecture.

- Optimize mobile application performance, startup time, responsiveness, and reliability.

- Consume and integrate RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core and .NET Core services.

- Develop data access and persistence layers using Entity Framework Core.

- Implement OAuth2 / OpenID Connect authentication and secure application flows.

- Implement offline synchronization and push notification capabilities.

- Write clean, maintainable C# code following object-oriented programming principles and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

- Develop and maintain unit tests and UI automation tests.

- Debug production issues, identify root causes, and perform performance tuning.

- Use Azure DevOps for source control, work management, and delivery.

- Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines and support mobile application distribution and release management.

- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Clinical, and Cloud Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Candidate Profile :

- 5-8 years of software development experience.

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with .NET MAUI and Xamarin.

- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and ASP.NET Core.

- Proven experience building and supporting enterprise-grade mobile applications.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend service integration.

- Experience with Azure/Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
