Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET MAUI / Xamarin Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications supporting ResMed's Home Health ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET MAUI/Xamarin, REST APIs, Azure, Entity Framework Core, and enterprise mobile application development.

The engineer will collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Clinical, and Cloud Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance healthcare applications used by clinicians, caregivers, and patients.

Key Responsibilities :

Mobile Development :

- Develop native cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI.

- Maintain and enhance legacy Xamarin applications where applicable.

- Build reusable UI components using XAML.

- Implement MVVM architecture.

- Optimize application performance and startup time.

Backend Integration :

- Consume RESTful APIs.

- Integrate with ASP.NET Core and .NET Core services using Entity Framework Core.

- Develop data access and persistence layers using Entity Framework Core.

- Handle authentication using OAuth2 / OpenID Connect.

- Implement offline synchronization.

- Handle push notifications.

Engineering Excellence :

- Write clean, maintainable C# code following object-oriented programming principles.

- Participate in code reviews.

- Develop and maintain unit tests.

- Implement UI automation testing.

- Debug production issues and perform performance tuning.

DevOps :

- Use Azure DevOps for source control, work management, and delivery.

- Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Support mobile application distribution and release management.

Candidate Profile :

- 6-10 years of software development experience.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with .NET MAUI and Xamarin.

- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.

- Experience building enterprise mobile applications.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and ASP.NET Core services.

- Agile/Scrum experience.

- Excellent communication skills.
