Were looking for a Senior .NET MAUI and Xamarin Developer & Lead to spearhead the development of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. Youll be responsible for designing robust mobile architectures, leading a team of developers, and delivering seamless Android (and possibly iOS) experiences using Xamarin.Forms, Xamarin.Native, or .NET MAUI.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines coding, architecture planning, team collaboration, and product delivery ownership.

What Youll Do :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using Xamarin and .NET MAUI

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to define and implement features

- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to development best practices

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for a robust app experience

- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and battery efficiency

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues effectively

- Mentor junior developers and ensure high technical standards within the team

- Stay current with cross-platform frameworks, tools, and industry trends

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- 5-10 years of mobile development experience, with a focus on Xamarin (Forms/Native) or .NET MAUI

- Solid experience in Android app development using Java/Kotlin or C#

- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC)

- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming

- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and mobile responsiveness

- Knowledge of Google Play Store submission and update processes

- Experience with push notifications, mobile security, and data privacy

- Proficiency in Git, debugging tools, and performance profiling

- Strong understanding of unit testing and test-driven development

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

- Exposure to third-party libraries and SDKs

- iOS development experience (Objective-C, Swift, or Xamarin.iOS)
