Your Role :

- Technical Leadership & Architecture : Defines system design, ensures scalability, security, and performance across frontend and backend. Reviews code and mentors mid/junior developers.

- Ownership & Autonomy : Owns end-to-end delivery of complex features, proactively identifies risks, and drives cross-team technical discussions.

- Collaboration in Distributed Setup : Acts as a bridge between product/engineering leads and the wider dev team. Ensures alignment across time zones, documents decisions, and maintains coding standards.

- Problem Solving & Decision Making : Makes trade-off decisions (e.g., tech debt vs. delivery speed), sets guidelines for tools/frameworks, and ensures best practices are followed.

- Implement and maintain applications using recent .NET 6/7/8 and ASP.NET Core Web API.

- Work with Entity Framework (EF) Core, including migrations and performance tuning (projections, AsNoTracking, compiled queries).

- Utilize Azure services such as Functions, App Service, Service Bus, Key Vault, and App Insights (any two preferred).

- Implement and manage Redis caching with clear invalidation strategies (cache-aside, TTL).

- Perform SQL tuning using indexes, EXPLAIN plans, and execution plan analysis.

- Develop and maintain secure integrations using OAuth2/OIDC, webhooks, and ensure robust retry/backoff/idempotency mechanisms.

We're Looking For :

- Recent .NET 6/7/8 + ASP.NET Core Web API

- EF Core with migrations + performance tuning (projections/AsNoTracking/compiled queries)

- Azure : Functions/App Service + Service Bus + Key Vault + App Insights (any two is OK)

- Redis with a clear invalidation strategy (cache-aside/TTL)

- SQL tuning (indexes/EXPLAIN/exec plans) called out

- Integrations : OAuth2/OIDC, webhooks, retries/backoff/idempotency

- React/Vue with TypeScript (for full-stack roles)

- Impact metrics present (latency, throughput, costs, error rate)

- Has profiled & load-tested (.NET profilers, k6/JMeter, p95 metrics stated)

- Leads code reviews + uses SonarQube/Roslyn analysers; CI quality gates

Good-to-Have :

- Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Bicep and DDD concepts

- Experience working in health tech or other regulated industries

- Experience with React/Angular (if no Vue.js experience)
