.NET Full Stack Developer (.NET + ReactJS)

Role Overview :

As a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions. Your day-to-day will involve crafting robust backend services using .NET, building engaging user interfaces with ReactJS, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers. This role directly impacts the user experience and overall success of our products by ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. You will contribute to building and enhancing our microservices architecture, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable .NET APIs and microservices to support critical business functions.

- Build and maintain responsive and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement effective solutions.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues and ensure code quality across the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain system stability.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.

- Proven expertise in building user interfaces with ReactJS, including experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features, asynchronous programming, and DOM manipulation.

- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

- Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).

- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in software development.
