Role Overview :

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will serve as a technical cornerstone for our engineering organization, architecting robust, scalable solutions that power our core business platforms. You will operate at the intersection of high-level system design and hands-on implementation, working closely with cross-functional product teams, stakeholders, and global clients to translate complex business requirements into high-performance software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-scale enterprise applications using .NET Core and C# to ensure optimal performance and maintainability for our global user base.

- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy WCF services to cloud-native architectures on Azure to improve system scalability and reduce operational overhead.

- Design complex database schemas and optimize SQL Server performance to ensure data integrity and rapid response times for mission-critical business processes.

- Mentor junior engineering talent through code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement across the development team.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that software deliverables align with long-term business objectives and market demands.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in building distributed systems using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET, with a proven track record of delivering high-availability software in production environments.

- Advanced proficiency in cloud-native development on Azure, including the ability to design, deploy, and manage scalable microservices and serverless components.

- Strong expertise in SQL Server database design, indexing strategies, and query optimization to support high-throughput data operations.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence architectural decisions across the organization.

- Proven ability to thrive in a remote or distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across different time zones.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 10 - 16 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
