Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with 1215 years of proven expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in .NET/C#, React, and AWS cloud services, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#.

- Build modern, responsive UI components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related front-end libraries.

- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, etc.

- Develop microservices-based architectures and ensure seamless integration across systems.

- Work closely with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security following best practices.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and best-practice sharing.

- Prepare technical documentation and architectural artifacts.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1215 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, Web APIs, and RESTful services.

- Demonstrated expertise with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and front-end build tools.

- Solid experience working with AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.

- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.).

- Proficient in CI/CD tools, Git, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes/ECS).

- Experience with automated testing frameworks and TDD/BDD practices.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect).

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Exposure to message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in leading distributed teams.
