About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior DotNet Developer with full-stack expertise in C#/.NET Core and React. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing scalable, high-performance microservices and event-driven systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using .NET Core and C#.

- Develop full-stack solutions with React for front-end applications.

- Implement domain-driven microservices using advanced architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture or Vertical Slice Architecture.

- Build and manage event-driven systems using messaging frameworks like Kafka, AWS SQS, or RabbitMQ.

- Ensure observability and monitoring using tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch/Kibana.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Maintain best practices for version control using Git and contribute to code reviews and documentation.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 5+ years of professional software development experience in .NET Core and C#.

- Strong understanding of multi-threaded, asynchronous, and concurrent programming in distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns.

- Proficiency with messaging systems like Kafka, AWS SQS, or RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools : OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack.

- Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of Agile development processes and Scrum practices.

- Strong Git skills and adherence to version control best practices.

Nice-to-Have :

- Prior experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Exposure to performance tuning, scalability, and high-availability architectures.

- Knowledge of front-end frameworks beyond React, such as Angular or Vue.js
