Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior .NET Developer to join our high-impact engineering team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable enterprise applications, serving as the technical anchor for our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop scalable microservices using .NET and ASP.NET to ensure high availability and modularity for our core enterprise systems.

- Design and manage robust Azure infrastructure components to optimize cloud resource utilization and enhance system performance for our end users.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of database solutions in SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and high-speed query performance to support critical business operations.

- Mentor junior engineering talent and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of software craftsmanship across the development team.

- Partner with stakeholders to identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions that align with long-term business objectives and scalability goals.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in building enterprise-grade applications using .NET and ASP.NET, with a proven track record of delivering complex software projects over a 10-15 year career.

- Advanced proficiency in designing and deploying microservices architecture within an Azure cloud environment, ensuring seamless integration and system resilience.

- Expert-level capability in managing and optimizing SQL Server databases, including complex query tuning and schema design to support high-traffic applications.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative discussions within diverse teams.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai, adapting quickly to evolving project requirements and shifting business priorities.
