Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade applications.

- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, database development, and application support within complex business environments.

- The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while ensuring production stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the .NET framework and related technologies.

- Develop and enhance full-stack applications with robust backend services and user-friendly interfaces.

- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects in MS SQL Server.

- Analyze and improve database performance through query optimization and performance tuning.

- Troubleshoot application defects, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.

- Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.

- Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and support artifacts.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Support deployment activities and coordinate releases across environments.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements in development processes and application performance.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong experience in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core development.

- Experience in Full Stack Development using ASP.NET MVC/Web API and modern frontend technologies.

- Proficiency in MS SQL Server including complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio development environment.

- Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps for source control and project management.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in development and production environments.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.

- Experience in application support and incident management.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.

- Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD concepts.

- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
