Role Overview:

As a Senior .NET Developer based in India, you will serve as a technical anchor within our engineering team, architecting and maintaining high-performance backend systems that power our core business platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and system architects to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. By driving the development lifecycle from conception to deployment, you will directly influence the reliability and efficiency of our digital ecosystem, ensuring a seamless experience for our global user base while mentoring junior developers to uphold our high standards of engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement robust ASP.NET Core Web APIs that serve as the backbone for our high-traffic applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability for our end-users.

- Architect complex data models using both Code First and Database First approaches to ensure data integrity and efficient storage within SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments.

- Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization flows using OAuth2 and OpenID Connect to protect sensitive client data and ensure compliance with industry security standards.

- Optimize application performance by writing sophisticated LINQ queries and refining database interactions to reduce latency and improve system responsiveness.

- Build and configure custom middleware components to handle cross-cutting concerns such as logging, error handling, and request validation, streamlining the overall development process for the team.

- Lead code reviews and enforce architectural standards, ensuring that all deliverables adhere to SOLID principles and clean coding practices to minimize technical debt.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery of OOP and SOLID principles to build modular, testable, and highly maintainable software architectures.

- Proven ability to design and document RESTful APIs that are intuitive, secure, and easily consumable by diverse frontend frameworks.

- Deep functional expertise in managing relational databases, specifically SQL Server and PostgreSQL, with a focus on complex query optimization and schema design.
