Senior .Net Application Developer

We are looking for a skilled .NET Application Developer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust applications using the .NET framework and will be passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems.

Location : Bengaluru, India.

Work Mode : Work from anywhere.

Role : Sr. NET Application Developer.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Integration Specialists to understand detailed functional requirements.

- Participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and market engagements to gain solution insights.

- Design and develop responsive, secure, and high-performance web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

- Build and maintain backend, frontend, and integration modules to support enterprise-level e-commerce platforms.

- Integrate and adapt existing systems into the clients IT ecosystem to meet market-specific needs.

- Optimize backend frameworks and APIs with modern technologies like Docker and containerization tools.

- Recommend toolsets and technologies to enhance the user experience and backend performance.

- Interact with backend APIs, ensuring optimized responsiveness and reliability.

- Provide technical consultation and best practices throughout the solution delivery process.

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are suitable for internal teams, partners, or end-users.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.

- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Strong knowledge in full-stack architecture of modern web applications.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, performance engineering, A/B testing, and related trends.

- Experience with the Atlassian toolchain (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).

- Industry experience in Automotive, Finance, or Banking is a strong advantage.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multicultural environments.

- Confident in presenting technical concepts to management and stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, with a digital-first mindset and proactive approach to change.
