As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React, while also managing and optimizing database systems (MySQL, SQL/NoSQL). You will mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and ensure system performance and data integrity.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in software development, 6+ years in database engineering.

- Strong expertise in MySQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Linux.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and microservices.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Elastic, Redis, CI/CD tools, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
