Job Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects involving migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Business Central.

- Enhance and customize functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system.

- Gather business requirements, perform process mapping, implementation planning, solution design, testing, user training, and client interaction.

- Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.

- Handle customization, development, and administration activities for Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 Business Central and third-party applications/APIs.

- Perform data migration from legacy systems into Business Central using standard migration tools and exchange schemes.

- Customize existing reports and develop new reports based on business requirements.

- Prepare technical documentation including UI designs, module designs, data flow diagrams, and process flowcharts.

- Work with C/AL, C/SIDE, and Dynamics NAV source code for development and customization.

- Ensure high-quality, first-time-right solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).

- Experience with Dynamics NAV 2009.

- Strong knowledge of C/AL and C/SIDE development.

- Experience in Finance Module implementation and support.

- Hands-on experience in Business Central customizations, configurations, integrations, and data migration.

- Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience leading teams of 10-15 members.

- Successfully delivered at least two ERP implementation projects exceeding 40 man-months.

- Experience with Sure Step or an equivalent project management methodology.

- Knowledge of module estimation, master setup, and ERP configuration.

- Candidates must have experience working with international clients.

- Candidates with only Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) experience will not be considered.
