Job Summary & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing modules.

- Perform configurations, customizations, and integrations using APIs and other Microsoft technologies.

- Develop custom plugins, workflows, actions, and JavaScript extensions.

- Build and enhance applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate.

- Leverage AI Builder for intelligent automation and insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, end-to-end solutions.

- Participate in both Development and Support projects as needed.

Skills and Experiences Required :

- Sr D365 Developer/ Technical Consultant with a min of 8 yrs of experience in D365 Sales and Marketing modules.

- Must have at least 8 years of extensive hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing modules including configurations, customizations, integrations with other systems using API.

- Must have at least 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in Power Platform (Power Apps - custom and model-driven, Power Automate).

- Must have at least 2 years of extensive hands-on experience in AI Builder.

- Must have extensive hands-on experience in AI Builder, Saleshub, Marketing, C#.Net (Plugins, Actions), JS, XRM toolbox, Ribbon Workbench, Power Apps, Power Automate, DevOps.

- Must have knowledge of Knowledge of WebServices/API Dev, API Integration/ Azure API Management, Azure Functions, SQL, Power FX, Power Query

- Good to have skills : Functional Knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Rest builder, Portals/ Power Pages, Wordpress/ Gravity forms.

- Must be willing to work in both Development and Support projects.

- Must have excellent customer facing skills along with strong written and verbal comms skills.

- Must be a problem solver, have go-getter attitude, who can work independently with limited/ no supervision.

- Must demonstrate attention to detail and passion for quality deliverables with necessary self-due diligence and self-review.
