Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and communicative MS Dynamics 365 Architect to join our team for a long-term engagement.

The ideal candidate should bring 15+ years of industry experience, with deep architectural expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the overall architecture strategy for MS Dynamics 365 implementations.

- Lead the end-to-end design, customization, and deployment of D365 solutions aligning with business goals.

- Provide architectural guidance and governance across enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 projects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performing solutions.

- Ensure solution designs follow best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.

- Evaluate new features and technologies within the D365 ecosystem and recommend adoption strategies.

- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members and developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 15+ years of total IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise solutions.

- Proven architecture experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, etc.

- Strong understanding of D365 integrations, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and

Azure services.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently in an EST time zone and lead cross-border teams.

- Strong understanding of business processes and translating them into technical solutions.

- Experience with agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Contract Details :

- Type : 1-Year Contract (Initial 3-Month Probation Period).

- Extension : Based on performance, extendable for another 1 year.

- Work Hours : EST Time Zone.
