This is a non-development, advisory-only role perfect for someone who enjoys shaping architecture, challenging assumptions, and aligning technical decisions with business outcomes.

What Youll Do :

- Evaluate MongoDB's suitability for complex backend needs.

- Design and advise on scalable data models and architecture.

- Provide a critical lens on architecture decisions.

- Recommend hybrid approaches (MongoDB + Snowflake/RDBMS).

- Guide stakeholders in manufacturing and supply chain domains.

What You Bring :

- 5+ years of experience in MongoDB architecture and data modeling.

- Strong consulting or advisory background (non-coding).

- Expertise in hybrid data ecosystems (MongoDB + RDBMS/Snowflake).

- Solid understanding of large-scale data modeling principles.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
