Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Developer with deep expertise in React Native to build, enhance, and scale high-quality mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in technical decision-making, code quality, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using React Native

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-quality features

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices

- Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness

- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and enforcing coding standards

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues

- Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies

- Contribute to technical discussions and help drive architectural decisions

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-10 years of experience in mobile application development

- Strong hands-on experience with React Native

- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration

- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design

- Experience optimizing applications for performance and stability

- Familiarity with iOS and Android deployment processes (App Store / Play Store)

- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with native mobile development :

a. iOS : Swift

b. Android : Kotlin / Java

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications

- Familiarity with GraphQL and Firebase

- Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading modules
