Job Summary: Experienced MME Software Developer to design, develop, and enhance Mobility Management Entity (MME) software for LTE EPC networks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in telecom signalling protocols, distributed systems, high-availability software, and real-time networking applications. The role involves developing new EPC features, optimizing performance, debugging protocol issues, and ensuring compliance with 3GPP specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain MME software components.

- Implement LTE control-plane procedures in accordance with 3GPP standards.

- Develop features for:

1. UE Attach/Detach

2. Tracking Area Update (TAU)

3. Service Request

4. Authentication and Security

5. Bearer Management

6. Paging

7. Idle/Connected Mobility

8. Inter-MME Handover

9. MME Pooling

10. Emergency Services

- Develop interfaces including:

1. S1AP

2. S6a (Diameter)

3. S11 (GTP-C)

4. S10

5. SGs

- Optimize software for high throughput, low latency, and carrier-grade reliability.

- Develop fault-tolerant and geo-redundant software architectures.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and performance testing.

- Troubleshoot protocol traces using Wireshark and telecom analyzers.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, system architects, and customer support teams.

Required Development Experience:

- 510+ years of C/C++ software development (mandatory)

- Strong Linux system programming

- Multithreading and concurrent programming

- Socket programming (TCP, UDP, SCTP)

- Memory management and performance optimization

- Distributed systems development

- Real-time software development

- Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
