Senior Microsoft Azure/DevOps AI Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Azure DevOps AI Engineer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The role demands strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Azure Databricks, and a keen interest in AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure automation, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Work extensively with Azure Databricks for data engineering and AI/ML workloads.

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate AI solutions into DevOps workflows.

- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

- Automate deployment and configuration using PowerShell DSC, Ansible, or Chef.

- Ensure version control and branching strategies with Git.

- Drive automation, monitoring, and scalability across cloud environments.

- Contribute to DevOps best practices, process improvements, and AI-driven automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps (or equivalent CI/CD tooling).

- Strong expertise in Azure Databricks (mandatory).

- Exposure to AI / OpenAI tools (preferred).

- Experience in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.

- Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell DSC, Ansible, or Chef.

- Hands-on experience with Git, branching strategies, and release processes.

- Strong understanding of modern CI/CD and cloud-native practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
