Experience : 4+ years

Key Skills :

- MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

- Strong understanding of REST APIs & system design

- Code review, debugging & performance optimization

- Team mentoring & technical leadership

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development using the MERN stack

- Guide and mentor developers, ensuring best coding practices

- Make architectural and technical decisions

- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams for smooth delivery
