Description :

Development and Architecture :

- Design, build, and maintain high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Architect scalable back-end services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

- Develop highly responsive front-end interfaces and reusable UI components in React.

- Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.

Leadership and Collaboration :

- Lead technical decision-making and guide the engineering team in adopting best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Quality and Performance :

- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.

- Conduct performance analysis and troubleshoot complex software issues.

- Ensure secure coding standards and data protection compliance.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong MERN Stack expertise.

- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript (preferred), React hooks, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, and modern ECMAScript patterns.

- Strong experience with MongoDB (aggregation, indexing, optimization).

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, microservices, and third-party integrations.

- Deep understanding of HTML5 CSS3 SASS/Tailwind, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc. ), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments is a plus.
