Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and experience working with AWS infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Ensure application security and data protection best practices.

- Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS using services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS.

- Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and security practices.

- Good knowledge of cloud services and deployments on AWS.

- Proficient in Git and version control systems.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker (a plus).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
