We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable and secure applications while contributing to a collaborative engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Build high-performance RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and microservices.

- Lead end-to-end development of web applications from architecture to deployment.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through best development practices.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control using modern DevOps practices.

- Review code, mentor junior developers, and drive adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system reliability and performance.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of database design, performance optimization, and security best practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.

- Exposure to test automation frameworks and unit testing.

- Experience with scalable enterprise or SaaS applications.
