Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mendix Developer to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development using the Mendix low-code platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. You will play a key role in designing scalable applications, integrating third-party services, and improving existing Mendix-based systems.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Design and develop scalable and maintainable applications using the Mendix low-code platform

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and connectors

- Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality user experiences

- Implement best practices for application lifecycle management within the Mendix ecosystem

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers

- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality assurance and debugging of applications

- Contribute to agile development practices, sprint planning, and continuous delivery

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed applications and systems

- Support deployments, testing, and post-implementation activities

Required Skillsets :

- 46 years of professional experience in software development with at least 2 years on Mendix

- Proficient in Mendix Studio Pro, Microflows, Nanoflows, and page modeling

- Strong knowledge of integration techniques including REST APIs, SOAP, OData, and web services

- Experience with database design and SQL

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

- Proficient in backend development and understanding of full-stack web technologies

- Knowledge of application lifecycle management tools such as SVN, Git, or Mendix Team Server

- Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or Mendix Cloud)

- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Mendix applications

- Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred Qualifications :

- Mendix Rapid or Advanced Developer Certification

- Experience working in agile and DevOps environments
