Senior Member, Tech/Software Developer (HCDev)

We are looking for exceptional full-stack Senior Developers to join our Human Capital Development (HC Dev) team based in Hyderabad, which is rebuilding its core infrastructure and applications to enhance efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and deliver next-generation analytics capabilities. The role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain systems that strengthen platform reliability, scalability, and performance while contributing to secure and high-quality solutions that power critical Human Capital processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY :

You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and services that power critical Human Capital systems. You will work across the full technology stack, including Java, Spring, TypeScript, React, and SQL Server, to build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. You will take ownership of features from design through deployment, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance. Collaborating closely with product managers and other developers, you will translate complex requirements

into practical solutions and deliver enhancements that improve efficiency and continuously evolve the system's capabilities. You will also participate actively in design discussions, code reviews, apply engineering best practices, and continue to expand your technical depth while working with a strong team of experienced engineers.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :


Basic qualifications :

- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

- The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of robust experience in Full-stack development across back-end technologies such as Java and Spring, and front-end technologies such as TypeScript and React, with familiarity in SQL.

- The ideal candidate should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a passion for building high-quality software and attention to detail.

- The candidate should have excellent reasoning ability and good interpersonal & communication skills.


Preferred qualifications :


- Candidates should have exposure to software engineering best practices, including design patterns, testing, CI/CD, and version control.


- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders.


- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, while contributing effectively to the team's ongoing engineering initiatives.
