About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior MERN / MEAN Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing full-stack web applications, implementing scalable architectures, and delivering robust solutions across multiple platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architectural and technical decisions shaping the companys digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications across frontend, backend, and database layers.

- Work extensively on modern web technologies such as React.js / Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservice-based architectures to support modular, scalable applications.

- Apply TDD/BDD principles, write unit and automated tests, and ensure adherence to high-quality coding standards.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.

- Leverage AWS Cloud Services for scalable and secure deployments, ensuring optimized performance and availability.

- Apply strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and system architecture to design efficient, maintainable systems.

- Optimize web application performance across HTTP, caching, rendering, and socket management for superior user experience.

- Manage Git workflows, perform code merges, handle release management, and maintain proper version tracking.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 7- 15 years of proven, hands-on experience in software development with a focus on MERN/MEAN stack technologies.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js / Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.

- Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).

- Expertise in software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
