JOB PURPOSE / JOB ROLE :
The Senior Manager of Technical Solution department is responsible for managing the P&L of respective department and should be capable for visualize the company goal and vision and develop sustained model of IT Projects/Operations and Infrastructure (Network/Security/Server/Cloud).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsibility of Senior Manager of Technical Solutions , provide updates, and seek direction on a regular basis.
- Work effectively with the clients , users, and senior managers.
- Promote and maintain a team environment.
- Participate in projects related to responsibilities; may serve as a technical project lead on occasions
- Recognize problems, develop recommendations and solutions, and oversee correction within assigned specialty.
- Selection, development, retention, interviews, appraisals, and identifying training needs for staff.
- Staying current on technology trends (Cloud/Network/Server/Infra) and communicating these trends with the appropriate staff.
- Staffing capacity planning, service process design, performance analysis, and developing proactive resolution plans.
- Collaborate with the Administration Services functional lead to define processes, operating procedures, and metrics to develop a high-functioning organization.
- Develop continues engagement plan with customer as services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction periodically & keep good relationship.
- Liaise between end users and network administration staff to maximize network/systems/cloud/Servers utilization.
- Oversee the configuration and management of infrastructure to support requirements in areas such as data retention, security, business continuity, disaster recovery planning/testing and information risk management.
- Coordinate with the Administrative Services budget team to help develop the IT budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES :
- Deliver quality of service outcomes.
- Drive efficient and timely operations.
- Actualize continual improvement and innovation.
- Protect the customer information & establish customer relations.
- Presales activity for Infra/NW/Cloud.
- Develop of new business in each zone.
- Coordinate with sales team and manage Presales team.
- Develop a strategy of continues enhancement of People, Process and Technology to meeting customer expiations.
- Work Closely with Customers and other department to build good work environment b/w teams and division.
- Must be able to manage team strength of 50+ members in different level.
REQUIRED SKILL SETS :
- Bachelors Degree/BE/B. Tech
- Demonstrated understanding of Information Security and Networking required.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of current network security, network hardware, protocols, and standards required.
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues required
- Proven ability to make decisions and perform complex problem-solving activities under pressure.
- Previous management and project leadership experience required.

WORK EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelors Degree/BE/B. Tech2
- Cisco/Microsoft Certification desirable
- Overall, 13 to 15 + years of experience IT Infrastructure Services like Server /Desktop /Network/Cloud.
- Demonstrated understanding of Networking and Security required.
- 5+ years of managing the Division or Department independently.
