Senior Manager - SAP FICO Module

Role : SAP FICO(F&A)

Candidates should have hands-on experience on FICO plus SAP certification in FICO.

Role : Senior Manager

Incumbent will be responsible for :

The role will align SAP with business processes across vertical lines of business to enable digital transformation and business scalability.

- Team member should be able to support business in transformation journey from ECC to S/4 Hana

- Should have core experience in SAP Finance FI-CO, TRM, BPC

- Act as a strategic link between business stakeholders, Shared IT Organization and SAP Solution Partners for the purpose of discovery, deployment & operations management.

- Understand, validate & prioritize business requirement from different line of businesses and translate into SAP solutions.

- Facilitate rollout & track deliveries as per agreed timelines & cost.

- Organize scheduled reviews and provide updates on progress.

- Oversee the planning & delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Ensure IT staff assigned to projects are knowledgeable about the functional area.

- Evaluate, select and build business case for new SAP solutions (Inhouse / 3P) in consultation with business stakeholders.

- Introduce improvements through changes in business processes, revising existing system logic as necessary and ensuring testing requirements are met.

- Non-SAP Integration Support for Project Governance Tools, Banks, Data Lake & Analytics, VMS and other digital applications.

- Lead SAP module (FI, CO, FM, TRM, PS, MM, SD, DMS, BPC, Basis & GRC)

- Facilitate IT audits & compliance management for SAP landscape including SOD.

- Support ticket logging, monitoring & timely issue resolution (internal & partners).

- Drive user adoption, change management, and training programs.

- Improve & implement SAP central policies and standard operating procedures.

- Preparation, maintenance & tracking of IT budget for SAP solution landscape.

- Documentation and adherence to change control policies & procedures of software development or project management lifecycle methodologies.

- Manage relationships with SAP vendors and periodically review SLA adherence & delivery quality.

- Own uptime, integrity, performance, security, and support SLA adherence of SAP systems.

- Ensure timely compliance of licensing, upgrades and security of SAP Landscape.

Educational Qualifications and Work Experience :

Desired profile :

- Experience in Energy sector is a plus

- Must have been Involved in one or more end-to-end implementation, roll out migrations of enterprise scale ERP

- Must have good knowledge of custom development and cross system integration

- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership skills.

- Experience in Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) & Treasury & Rish Management (TRM) module
