Attributes / skills required :

- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with OpenText xECM implementation, preferably with SAP integration.

- Familiarity with OpenText Engineering Add-on functionalities.

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and interfaces.

- Experience in enterprise content management in large-scale engineering or construction projects.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work across multiple teams and geographical locations.

Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) and Engineering Add-on for SAP environments.

- Design and execute integration strategies between OpenText xECM and SAP S/4HANA modules.

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to capture requirements and provide content management solutions.

- Manage document lifecycle, workflow automation, and records management within the EPC context.

- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.

- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades
