Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure

Digital Transformation :

- Integrate new technologies and streamline workflows

- Analytics for improvising efficiency

- Project Planning Tools, Real Time tracking and Exception Alerts.

Leadership :

- Develop & Implement IT Strategy aligned with business objectives

- Plan, Guide and Lead Long Term IT Planning

- Hiring the right talent for each role of the team and leading them and reduce attrition of the

team in the process.

IT Infrastructure Management :

- Secure IT Operations and support daily business.

- Identify and incorporate enhancements and advancements to the existing technologies.

Vendor Management :

- Strong Negotiation of Contract pricing and Compliances

IT Projects & Security :

- IT Projects - From Conceptualization to execution

- Coordinate with cross functional teams

- Support Implementation

- Train the cross functional teams

- Ensure the cybersecurity framework is robust.

- Regular Audits to idenfity and fix any risks

- Future Planning for IT to support the expansion of the Business.

- Periodical IT Health Checks - Identify gaps and resolve

Other Responsibilities :

- Identify cost effective but quality alternatives for the existing products.
