Role : Senior Manager Full Stack & Integrations Engineering

Role Overview :

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Full Stack and Integrations Engineering to lead a team building scalable web applications and enabling seamless integrations across internal and third-party systems. This role blends technical leadership, architecture, and people management, with a strong focus on delivering reliable, high-performance, cloud-native solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping the engineering roadmap, driving best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of full stack and integration engineers.

- Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA teams.

- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies.

- Champion software reliability, security, and compliance standards.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance engineering capabilities.

Technical Execution :

- Oversee design, development, and deployment of full stack applications (React, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot).

- Architect and implement APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.

- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of systems.

- Drive CI/CD adoption, automated testing, and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate delivery.

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 35 years in a leadership role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
