Job Description :

- Manage and administer DLP solutions across Web, Email, and Endpoint to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration.

- Create, tune, and optimize DLP policies and rules for PII, financial data, customer data, and confidential information specific to NBFC operations.

- Monitor, analyze, and investigate DLP alerts and incidents; coordinate with SOC and HR/Compliance for incident handling and closure.

- Conduct user behavior analysis to identify unusual or risky data movement across email, browser uploads, external devices, and print channels.

- Perform regular policy fine tuning, false positive reduction, and rule optimization based on business workflows.

- Implement controls for external device restrictions, clipboard controls, screen capture blocking, and secure printing.

- Prepare dashboards, MIS, and regulatory reports for internal audits, management, and compliance functions.

- Conduct awareness sessions for employees on data handling, secure practices, and DLP policies.

- Collaborate with IT, HR, Compliance, and Business to define and enforce acceptable data usage guidelines.

- Support regulatory, internal, and external audits by providing evidence, logs, incident trails, and control documentation.

Technical Skill :

Hands on experience with any 2-3 enterprise DLP platform :

- Symantec / Broadcom DLP

- Microsoft Purview DLP

- Forcepoint DLP

- Zscaler DLP

- McAfee/Trellix DLP

- Netskope

Strong understanding of :

- Endpoint DLP controls (USB, clipboard, print, screen capture)

- Email DLP (content scanning, keyword/regex patterns, DLP actions)

- Web DLP (browser uploads, cloud app controls, HTTP/HTTPS inspection)

Experience integrating DLP with :

- CASB / Web Proxy

- SIEM / SOC

- Endpoint Protection Platforms

Knowledge of sensitive data patterns :

- PII, PAN masking, Aadhaar redaction, bank account formats, financial documents.

Ability to interpret and use :

- Logs & alerts

- Incident queues

- Endpoint agents

- Policy exceptions & workflows
