Description :

The Senior Manager Operations & Projects, will sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and compliance responsible for keeping the organisation running efficiently while scaling securely.

Will oversee operational systems, project delivery, audits, support operations, and deployment frameworks. Will also play a key role in ensuring business continuity, enterprise client success, and operational resilience. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and leading from the front.

- Build, manage, and continuously improve cross-functional processes across delivery, client support, and compliance operations.

- Define and monitor key operational metrics efficiency, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.

- Lead vendor and partner coordination for infrastructure, support tools, and operational dependencies.

Project Management :

- Own end-to-end project planning and execution for internal and client-facing deployments.

- Establish standardised project tracking, reporting, and risk management frameworks.

- Align resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple active projects to ensure seamless coordination and effective project management.

- Drive post-project reviews to ensure that learnings are translated into continuous improvement.

- Support certification programs (SOC 2, ISO, CERT-IN, GDPR readiness).

- Ensure operational documentation, logs, and data handling meet compliance requirements.

Collaborate with engineering to oversee secure deployment practices and ensure effective DevOps coordination.

- Implement change management and deployment approval processes.

- Strengthen data governance, access control, and infrastructure auditability.

- Collaborate with tech and compliance teams to maintain uptime, performance, and security SLAs across deployments.
