Role Overview :

The Delivery Assurance - Senior Manager will serve as a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing the end-to-end quality lifecycle for large-scale enterprise engagements. This role involves bridging the gap between technical execution and business objectives, ensuring that delivery teams maintain high standards of precision while integrating cutting-edge automation and AI-driven methodologies. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, delivery heads, and engineering teams to mitigate risks, optimize QA governance, and drive the adoption of next-generation testing frameworks to ensure seamless product releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of QA delivery frameworks to ensure high-quality software releases across multiple client accounts.

- Implement advanced AI in QA and GenAI in QA initiatives to automate complex testing scenarios, reducing time-to-market and enhancing overall test coverage.

- Establish robust QA governance models to monitor delivery health, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Mentor and lead cross-functional QA teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence in testing methodologies.

- Partner with client stakeholders to align delivery assurance strategies with evolving business requirements and technical roadmaps.

- Drive the adoption of modern QA methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale delivery operations with 12 to 15 years of experience in the software quality assurance domain.

- Proven ability to architect and implement AI-driven testing solutions and GenAI frameworks within enterprise environments.

- Strong proficiency in defining and enforcing QA governance, risk management, and quality metrics that directly impact business outcomes.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse, high-performing teams and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical leadership and influence decision-making.

- Deep understanding of modern QA methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD integration, with a focus on continuous delivery.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based out of Hyderabad, coordinating with global teams and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
