Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join our Corporate Cyber Security team as Senior Manager.
This role is pivotal in strengthening the Groups enterprise-wide security posture and digital infrastructure resilience.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in managing complex, global security environments and implementing cutting-edge security technologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead implementation and operations of enterprise-grade security solutions including DLP, SASE, firewalls, IDAM, SIEM, SOAR, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
- Design and enforce network security architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of security controls with business objectives.
- Drive incident response and threat intelligence programs, ensuring rapid containment and recovery.
- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews aligned with global standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of proactive security and innovation.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in network security and information security across large enterprise setups.
Proven hands-on expertise in :
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)
- Firewall management
- Identity & Access Management (IDAM)
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)
- Threat hunting and vulnerability management
Experience in managing global enterprise security environments with high availability and scalability.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
Certifications (Mandatory) :
- CCIE Lab Certified (Security track preferred)
OR
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
OR
- OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
- Security Incident Response Time : Reduction in mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to respond (MTTR) to security incidents.
- Vulnerability Closure Rate : Timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities across infrastructure and applications.
- Compliance Score : Adherence to internal and external audit requirements (e., ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.
- Threat Detection Accuracy : Improvement in detection rates and reduction in false positives from SIEM/SOAR platforms.
- Infrastructure Uptime : Maintenance of high availability and performance of security infrastructure.
- Project Delivery Timelines : On-time execution of security initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
- Security Awareness Engagement : Participation and effectiveness of internal security awareness programs.
- Innovation Index : Adoption of new technologies and automation in cybersecurity operations.
- Collaboration Effectiveness : Quality of cross-functional engagement and stakeholder satisfaction
