Senior Manager - Credit Card IT Application Lead

About the Role :

We are seeking a technical domain specialist to act as the primary Application Lead for core Credit Card Management Systems. You will oversee system availability, manage card scheme integrations, and direct IT vendors to align core platform capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Management :

- Own and maintain the TSYS PRIME (or equivalent) credit card engine, including application architecture, API integrations, and file structures.

Network & Scheme Integration :

- Oversee switch integrations and compliance workflows across VISA, MasterCard, and RuPay networks.

SDLC & Vendor Governance :

- Lead all phases of application delivery - from requirement scoping and system configuration to vendor delivery and production rollouts.

Operations & Compliance :

- Guarantee high system uptime while ensuring strict adherence to PCI-DSS, regulatory guidelines, and internal audit standards.

Key Qualifications :

- 6 - 10 years of experience in credit card applications, payment switches, or card management systems (CMS).

- Deep technical familiarity with TSYS PRIME / VisionPLUS, ISO 8583 protocols, and scheme processing.

- Proven track record in vendor management, technical project management, and stakeholder alignment.
