Job Description :

This role will lead efforts to ensure high availability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency across cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background combined with leadership experience in cloud operations, DevOps practices, and service management Knowledge :

- Solid Experience in managing cloud resources, including provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and optimizing.

- Experience and Knowledge in cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, firewalls, DDoS protection, and audit logging.

- Strong understanding of cloud networking and Micro segmentation 4.

- Expertise in manage disaster recovery plans, ensuring cloud environments have backup and recovery strategies for critical workloads.

- Good Knowledge to handle sensitive data, such as encryption, key management, and compliance with regulations like GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.

- Hands-on with virtual networking concepts, concepts for efficiency in operations by using software defined network solutions, cloud networking concepts, availability and resilience concepts in networking etc 7.

- Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud integrations

- Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud integrations

- Should have sound knowledge & understanding of IT infrastructure & Software defined datacentre (SDDC), Software based storage and Software based networking

- Sound understanding on Cloud Cost Management, resource cost management practices, track cloud expenses, optimize resource usage, and manage budgets efficiently.

- Strong knowledge of cloud security standards and regulations.

- Should be well versed with ITIL and ITSM practices.

Experience :

Candidate should have 10+ years of experience preferably in Banking and Technology organization Skills :

- Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project/service deliverables

- Should have strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

- Ability to perform under pressure, influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Education Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech, MCA (Computer/IT)/B.Sc. (Computer/IT)
