Mandatory Skills (must-have) :

- Expertise in ML & AI (classical ML, deep learning, generative AI, agentic AI)

- Strong Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, Kubeflow

- LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP integration

- AI agent architectures, conversational AI, chatbots, voice AI

- OCR, computer vision, document intelligence, automated validation workflows

- Deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers, GANs)

- Production-grade ML deployment experience (cloud : AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Strong communication skills for cross-functional global teams

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of A/B testing, causal inference, experimental design

- Backend exposure (Flask, Gunicorn, API development)

- Workflow automation & system integration experience
