Role & responsibilities :
- Design and build cutting-edge GenAI solutions that power analytics and insights in HR, benefits, and payroll
- Lead the development of AI systems that make complex data accessible and actionable for business users
- Fine-tune and deploy large language models to solve real business challenges
- Drive technical decisions around model architecture, deployment strategies, and production optimization
- Guide junior data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Shape the future of how AI can support HR & Finance teams in high-growth companies
Preferred candidate profile :
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 12+ years of hands-on data science experience, with recent focus on GenAI/LLMs
- Proven track record of taking AI projects from prototype to production
Strong experience with :
- LLM development and fine-tuning (e.g., GPT models, embedding models)
- Modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain)
- Production ML deployment and monitoring
- Python development and API design
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
