Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions for real-world applications involving text, image, and audio generation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models for high-quality content generation

- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions

- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset preparation

- Fine-tune models to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and deployment

- Document model architecture, workflows, and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field

- Experience in machine learning, with a focus on generative AI

- Strong programming skills in Python

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure

- Understanding of model evaluation, data preprocessing, and feature engineering

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
