Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, and Deep Learning.

The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge ML solutions for large-scale consumer applications, while mentoring teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models for high-impact consumer applications such as predictive safety, personalization, search, virtual assistants, and time-series forecasting.

- Work on a broad spectrum of state-of-the-art ML/DL technologies, including multilingual text classification, language modeling, and multi-modal learning.

- Define metrics, configure A/B testing, and evaluate model performance (offline and online).

- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data using modern big data and streaming technologies.

- Produce reusable, production-ready code following best practices in Python, Scala, or Java.

- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams on architecture, design, and code reviews.

- Lead a team of engineers to architect, build, deploy, and support highly available ML-driven software services.

- Drive engineering and operational excellence with a focus on high-performance and scalable solutions.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring alignment with business vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Stay updated with industry trends to influence ML/AI development practices and standards.

Mandatory Skills :

- Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Deep Learning.

- Strong coding experience in Python, Scala, or Java.

- Hands-on experience with model development, deployment, and performance evaluation.

- Expertise in big data platforms and handling large datasets.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Good To Have Skills :

- SQL and advanced data analysis expertise.

- Prior experience or exposure to the gaming industry.
