Senior/Lead Software Engineer (.NET, C#,SQL,Blazor,Azure)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior/Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Metroswith. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using .NET, C#, and Blazor for internal and external stakeholders.

- Lead the development and implementation of APIs and Web APIs, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and platforms for improved data accessibility and functionality.

- Architect and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud services to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency for the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs for enhanced product value.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes, ensuring faster release cycles and improved software quality for our customers.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment for continuous growth and innovation.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and best practices, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code across the organization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining high levels of system availability for our users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex software solutions using .NET, C#, and SQL Server, with 7-12 years of relevant experience.

- Proven expertise in developing interactive UIs using Blazor, coupled with a strong understanding of web development principles.

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services and experience in designing and deploying cloud-based solutions.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and Web APIs.

- Experience with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
