Senior/Lead ServiceNow Developer - ITOM/CMDB

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of extensive experience with ServiceNow, capable of leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business processes.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate and lead Agile/Scrum development processes, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues.

- Create and manage comprehensive documentation for all development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4-10 years of experience working with ServiceNow.

- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.).

- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.

- Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).

- Proven track record of implementing ITSM processes and solutions.

- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams.

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist)

are highly desirable.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
