- Architect and implement end-to-end Agentforce solutions to automate complex service workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing Salesforce Service Cloud environments to drive measurable productivity gains.

- Lead the design and development of custom Apex and LWC components to extend platform functionality, providing tailored solutions that meet unique client business logic requirements.

- Orchestrate complex data integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Sales Cloud, ensuring data integrity and real-time synchronization to provide a unified view of the customer journey.

- Mentor junior developers and technical team members through code reviews and architectural guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and technical innovation.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate abstract operational challenges into robust, scalable AI-driven technical specifications that align with long-term organizational goals.

- Minimum 6 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
